Reverse Osmosis

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

Look up aquarium shops.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.

Have you thought about getting a kit to make your own? if not try the local aquarium shop as they usually sell it

And mighty cheaply too. Mine charges £2.50 for 25 litres.

if you know a window cleaner with one of those long pole cleaning thingys they also tend to us ro water
