Cherry brandy

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

You could try buying a cheap vodka and adding liquidised tinned cherries and then filtering.? Any talk of distilling being a no no on the forum. I've been altering shop bought spirits by adding juniper etc. It wasn't very nice!
