Burton salts

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

Heaps of gypsum and magnesium I'd guess. I'd rather use discreet salts so that I have more control on things.

I don't use them either for the reason Dave mentions. Depending on your water content it will probably be fine to use.
