promted by vossys encouaging words i shall be creating another american IPA "cascade" "CASCADE" woot!

OG 1.054
IBU 100!
38 Litres

marris otter 90%
crystal 8%
chocolate 2%

60m amarillo 8% 50g
45m amarillo 8% 50g
30m Cascade 6.9% 160g
15m Cascade 6.9% 100g

mash at 67C
yeast: Wyeast 1056 american ale
dry hop 50g Cascade

can you handle the hops? Bring it on!!

, how long will you be letting that condition for? I think that Vossy would leave that one at least 6 days after fermentation has finished before getting his big straw out
