I'd love to have a taste of that, it looks like to would go down real smooth. I am champing at the bit to get my kit. I am very interested in AG but want to start easy.

I like it! :=P

With my water it seems to work better, as it is a lighter coloured malt, which helps my pH.

Yep. Beer engine fed from a plastic pressure barrel via a check valve. 8)

I can't think of anything that's exactly like it commercially, but it's fairly hoppy without being too bitter, and with a good balance of malt flavour. It has a nice 'clean' creamy taste - and I reckon it'll all be gone by New Year's Day! :lol:
