courage sparkling bitter

in my youth i spent some time away at sea with the rfa. the brew on tap in those days was called CSB, courage sparkling bitter. it was dynamite, crystal clear and lively, seeing off many a yank in drinking competitions. i'd imagine it would be bril served from a corni.

has anyone got, or know where to find the recipe?

that's the very one, bd. boy wasn't it strong. seem's the brew has gone the same way as the navy - disappeared - and the recipe with it so it would seem.
