It'll just be a little weaker. You would only be talking about 2 litres difference.

It will still do the job!
This beer thing is a great learning process, once you have done a few kits you will feel much more confident.

Places like this help alot too..Next time i will ask the questions before i try anything out i'm not sure about

My lager seems to have stuck at about 1010, if this is still the case tonight will i be ok to barrell it or will it give me pressure problems??

I would try to get it down to 1006 especially considering you added more water than necessary. You could give it a gentile stir with a sanitised spoon to get the yeast back into suspension.
