torrefied wheat

Was just wondering if you are making a wit can you use torrefied wheat as the unmalted wheat portion of the grist? Or do you have to use flakes or something else?

Traditionally it would have been whole wheat with a cereal mash ,but most people use flaked out of convenience, is there any flavour difference between flaked/ torrefied?

Think i might have found the answer to my own question, came across this on the beertech website.

This un-flaked Wheat can be used to great effect in Witbiers, Stouts and Speciality Beers where it imparts a strong, firm head.

Details
Use: 10% in Ales and Stouts or up to 40% in Witbiers.
Colour: 3.0 EBC

Our grain is sold in multiples of 0.1Kg (i.e. 100g). To purchase, for example 2.4Kg, simply enter a basket quantity of 2.4
