Woodfordes rehydration instructions

Hi Guys

The woodfordes instructions seem to suggest rehydrating their yeast with 40-45c water - does this sound right to you? Seems a little on the warm side (Just had a friend call with this, as after a grand total of 7 kits I'm an expert!)

It does seem a little high, but then Gervin yeast instructions say 35 - 40C, so I suppose it's not all that far out. The liquid won't stay that warm for very long.

Does anyone have a definitive view on this?

So has someone at the woodfordes factory got fat finger problems? - sounds like a good way to make your kit fail...

Cross posting.

Fwiw, I always rehydrate the Gervin (when I use it) at 35C.
