not sure if this is the right place on the forum but i need a bit of advice.....

i have got 3 pressure barrels ready to drink with 2 ales and a stout, what i need to know is if i want to take some to a party whats the best way to bottle it? i have plenty of bottles and a capper so can i just fill them from the barrels and cap or is there a better method? would i need to do this on the day or can i do it before hand ?
cheers

QUOTE (Daft as a Brush @ Jun 1 2006, 09:24 AM) you could add 1/2 tsp of brewers sugar to each bottle to give it some fizz. They will need a week at fermentations temperatures followed by another in the cool to allow any sediment to settle out.
Presuming that you haven't used finings or fine filtered the beer removing the yeast

Mmmm... I've often wondered at fining beer... Unless things are completely stuck cloudy, I never fine as it keeps my options open. ;)
