Still here, in the FV at 11:30 ended up with 25L at 1.048 so overshot by 4 points, looking back the last batch was actually 1.046 so not so far off. It smells great and the colour is as it was before, just waiting for the yeasties now.

Boiled inside tonight, I told Mrs Wez that she'd hardly notice the steam :roll:

Going to brew the same beer again next week but with some TW and maybe a different aroma hop, just to see the difference.

Brave man Wez, it was cold enough when I was doing mine in the kitchen in the afternoon. :shock:

Not sure I'm slick enough to get an evening brew done yet as it seems to take me about 7 hrs, although I do always seem to have the odd drama happening when I brew. Well done :D
