Planning to do this later today:

90 min Mash 90min Boil

5kg Marris Otter Pale Malt
0.5kg Crystal 60L
0.25kg Wheat Malt
0.3kg Cane Sugar 90 min

35g Northdown AA 7.5% 90 min
14g Challenger AA 5.6% 15 min
14g East Kent Goldings AA 4.1% 15min
Whirfloc 10 min
S04

Will hopefully be taking pictures if SWMBO gets back from the chicken show in time :roll:

I hope it will be Iowalad :D Baldyjason we breed chickens here and she's gone to show some of our better looking stock at a local show with the hope of increasing our sales now that chicken keeping is the most fashionable hobby.

A stress free brewday :!: OG came in at 1055 which is in the ball park I was looking for and the wort tasted grrrreat so hopefully this'll turn out nice :D

My LHB boiler will never retire! I only used the ten gallon as I've been using the other for heating treated water for the fish tank. Those taps are shite Daab, I've actually unscrewed the bloody thing by mistake - not ideal when the liquid behind it is near boiling. I'll happily stick with the Thorne taps ta muchly :D Must by some copper for a bigger IC though :roll:

Sounds like a plan, but I'd rather make a bigger one for 10 gallons and use the smaller one for cheeky 5 gallon escapades :D

Kegged this morning, finished at 1011 so that's 5.7% abv. Sample tasted fantastic :D
