Guiness clone for mini mash

I'm gonna bite bullet and give AG brewing a go and after reading Daab's how to do a mini mash I think I am gonna start with that and build up as I get more experience but would like to make a Guiness clone if poss anyone got a recipie I could try?

Thanks DaaB for this recipie although it says 5 Gals are these the ingredients to make a 5 Ltr batch? or is the multiple values by 0.22 for 5L the right weights if so how do I work the 0.22 into the given weights?

How do you work out the Alpha Acid content of the hops?

Now I understand but 3 more quick questions

1- do I *0.22 for the weight of hops?

2- do I need a pinch of irish moss in the last 15 mins of boil?

3- will it be a 90 min mash and 60 min boil?
