Well it isnt particularly particular but here is what I have just finished this evening:

Original Gravity 1066 , 21 Litre
Start Mash Temp 66.3c, end 65.7c
Mash Time 2.25 hours
Mash liquor 15 litres
Boil Time 1.5 hours
33 EBU

Marris Otter 6kg
Crystal 530g

45g Fuggles (6%) First wort hopping
40g Goldings (4.6%) "
10g Styrian ( Last 10 mins )
10g Styrian power off
10g Styrian at 65c

Whirfloc
Safale S04 yeast

Not the usual strength I drink but means I have an entry now for the Wales And West strong ales section.

The only thing of note for me was it was the first run with 2 elements in the boiler - had to switch off the 2nd one very smartish when boil was reached

No pictures but Bertha was on fire tonight :D

Cheers, its on whitsun bank holiday weekend. Over 2000 bottles entered in all but the ales section has fewer entries ( but they know their onions ).

Shameless plug of the wine group I belong to who I am introducing to beer  ComeonSouthGlos[/url] where funnily enough I look to be sozzled in all the pictures
