hey tell that to my cornies! they are at 19c and I keep on telling them to cool down but will they listen? no. When I get my frigde and freezer back they will be cooler but for now they are at the whims of nature and if nature says I am drinking warm beer then I drink! :lol:

err - yes, my message sounds quite pompous.

i was just trying to say that to me, serving temp/carbonation can override other factors. But that they are kind of external to the main brewing process, and should be easy, as compared with the rest of of the palaver.
