as there'll be 20g of challengers left in the pack i'm then going to try one of these 80C steeps mid-cooling.

after trying challengers for the first time in a summer ale, they're my new favourite hop.

got 22L @ 1040 which once i've put back the 1L i took for the yeast starter should see me bang on
the IC wasn't doing much once it got to 35C so i ran off and stuck the FV in the spare room with the window open (and a lid on) to drop that last few degrees before i pitch.
