The basics of brewing AG are all the same, whether it's placcy bucket/herms or rims
Dough in, maintain a certain mash temp (within reason) and so on.
Just because shiny gadgetry is used doesn't detract from the basic principals of brewing which were around long before ....dare I say it...shinyness and gadgetry
Either way, if you're anything like me you'll pick up a whole heap of tips on things you didn't even think were on your list
