I think Mix also has a relatively complex system, but he would be better placed to advice whether seeing his brewing would be at the right level for you... :)

The basics of brewing AG are all the same, whether it's placcy bucket/herms or rims :wink:

Dough in, maintain a certain mash temp (within reason) and so on.
Just because shiny gadgetry is used doesn't detract from the basic principals of brewing which were around long before ....dare I say it...shinyness and gadgetry :lol:

Either way, if you're anything like me you'll pick up a whole heap of tips on things you didn't even think were on your list :wink:
