HLT is on, mash tun is prewarming. I've treated my water as per my alkalinity test yesterday using DaaB's kit - I then checked my liquor to make sure the amount of CRS I added was accurate. Then I added 1/2 a Camden tablet per 23l to remove chlorine/chloramine.
