I also go the "big order - free shipping" route with beertech, they've always been real prompt with delivery.

I also like the fact that the site saves you basket between visits, so you can build up your spree over time, I mean, it sometime takes me a few weeks to remeber that I need 3 types of airlock, several secondary fermenters, and a partridge in a pear tree - it doesnt come to me all at once.

The great advantage to this is the I can tell HWMBO that I am buying all this gear to save money!

buy all my kits etc from leyland home brew, there are 3 of us at work that brew from kits so we normally order together that way we dont get charged p&p over £60 and you save £5.95 on p&p. They must have had around £250 to £300 out of us since last sept, the service is great normally delivered within 3 to 5 days. get it all delivered to work so i can share out the spoils cant fault them. Many thanks Leyland. Even rang me when i put my own post code down instead of works post code on order form

Very true, placed an order with them on 2nd of june. It turned up yesterday with the majority missing with a hand scrawled note telling me that the rest would follow soon!

In that time I've had two orders turn up from www.the-home-brew-shop.co.uk with all the stuff included (I'm doing all my shopping with them from now on me thinks  ) 10/10

Found easybrew very friendly, but took three months and about five phonecalls before I got everything I ordered, and another to receive a promised discount. I won't be going back!

according to consumer direct, they have 30 days to deliver the items from date of order else the contract is deemed "canceled" and you they should refund your money.
