I'm afraid you've missed the boat with Morrisons and home brew. The company that used to supply supermarket chains, Vina, were in turn supplied by a company called British Diamalt (International Diamalt). Unfortunately this company went belly up at the beginning of the year. Without them Vina couldn't continue and sadly most of our iconic home brew beer kits are now fast disappearing from the shelves. Shops like Morrisons would probably sell the John Bull range. As they could no longer be supplied, and as home brew was never a popular seller for them, they pulled the plug. You'll probably find in some of their stores that they're selling off the last of their supplies in the bargain bin area. If you're really lucky you may be able to pick something up, but here in Penrith all they seem to have left is a few tins of the Magnum home wine making kits (another Vina product).
Your best bet would be to have a look at the many online retailers. Companies like Leyland Home Brew, Hop & Grape, or in Edinburgh, Edina Homebrew. Obviously you would have to pay postage, but their ranges and good value outweigh this cost in my opinion.
Best of luck.

I've never seen beer kits in any supermarket in Scotland. Agreed with the last poster, try Hop & Grape, swallow the fiver postage and combine it with a few other bits and pieces. Try a Coopers kit, cheap and tasty.
