Two?....the shelf has six on it at present! Its a £900 catering fridge (no I didn't pay that for it as it was second hand off ebay and is very strong)
The only disadvantage is being glass fronted I can't mount the taps through it so I have had to cobble together a sort of bar top that goes in the fridge complete with taps attached. Not ideal but works very well. Just trying to work out how best to attach my angram handpump now :?

I'd go through the floor near to the front, with some grommets . . . Or even get hold of a stainless nipple or stainless pipe with a 90 bend and fit that, then connect the line to it as required.

I was in town last weekend with the family and saw a huge double fronted Pepsi fridge, that was crying out to be converted. She didn't notice when I nipped into the shop to inquire as to how much they wanted for it . . . . 200 quid . . . . She even said I could have it . . . . As long as I sort my shed out . . . That screwed that up then as there is no way I can get rid of anything in my shed

Bloodoaf, or anyone, where do you get the thermometers fitted in the walls of your HLT? Mine is up at head height so that would be really handy. Or are they standard meat thermometers fitted in some way?
