
I'm short (only by 10grams) on the flaked barley so I doubt that will affect things much but i've gained a bit getting cascade pellets instead of leaf. I only need around 35g compared to Garths 100g

So, onto cleaning my stuff then transfer my Throttle beer I did last week to a keg (and a few bottles) then I'm all set to start this one.

I have a feeling my efficiancy is higher than 70% so the way I see it is I'll be making more than the 5 gallons, I usually make around 6 gallons at the same ABV.
