Post by heckler » Tue Nov 25, 2008 5:24 pm

Anyone live near me - Sheffield, who could show me any AG brewing techniques? I fancy having a go at it myself soon but would appreciate coming along to see how its done, Ive read up quite a bit on it but theres nothing quite like seeing it first hand etc

Cheers H

Youre more than welcome to come over here. I'm just off jcn 31 of the M1.

I'm only two beers into my AG discovery so you wouldnt pick up any of the finer tips to say the least. That said, the first one tastes like it should and the second is fermenting away well.

Will do. I'm just waiting for the lager to ferment out and then I'll be ready to go. It will be a weekday or a Sunday - will pm you nearer the time and we'll organise a suitable day
