Just kegged mine tonight, got down to 1.014 in the end.

Only primed with 100g of sugar which might be a bit low for a doubled kit. I'm not too worried about low carbonation though, be all accounts it should be cracking anyway.

Just need to leave the damn thing until Christmas now. :x [-X

I think the conditioning perdiod is several weeks recommended for this kit! No chance for xmas!

I bottled my Grand Cru at 1018. I primed my bottles with a half teaspoon of sugar. After 12 weeks in the garage I'm quaffing it now & it's great. Just the right amount of carbonation for me. It produces a big fat head which stays right to the bottom of the glass.
I've 2 kits of Abdij ready to brew when my Nelsons Revenge has stopped fermenting.

Just trying my first glass now.

I know it needs another seven weeks to mature but the wife watching Shite-Factor has driven me to it!

Very tasty, spicy even, but a bit cloudy.

I'd imagine it will be cloudy - certainly the hoegaarden grand cru is.

Mines been in the glass bottles for two weeks now, and no explosions so far :D

Havent tried one, might do next weekend.
