AG#15 Deuchars IPA

Doing a copy of the recipe that Booldawg did. Just converted my 60L FV into a boiler. SWO's is a bit happier as i wont be making the kitchen into a total bomb site.
Im impressed at how quick i got the mash on. Water was up to temp within 20mins. Normally takes about 45mins with kettles & cooker.

Grain bill as below.

For 23L

4010g Maris Otter
310g Torrified Wheat
250g Crystal Malt
55g Fuggles (60 mins)
15g Aurora (10 mins)
85g Aurora (after switch off, once 80C has been reached)

60 min mash at 67C

Anyone know roughly the OG for this?

How did this Brewday go Martialant?

I'm getting set for my first AG in a week or two and thanks to a considerate brother and Paul at www.barleybottom.com I got the ingredients for this brew for Christmas.
Planning - Not for a long while

Fermenting - I'm Done

Bottle Maturing - Hobgoblin, Fullers ESB, American Stout, TOP, Fullers London Porter, Bandini Black IPA

Drinking - Still...Whiskey

based on your grain bill and 70% efficiency it should be around the 1.044 mark or 1.047 if you get 75%

How did your Deuchars taste, I just tried to make it using GW recipe but it wasn't much of a clone, your recipe seems a lot different to his
