Recession Ale

I'm going to brew Recession Ale for the Superbowl. It's basically left over ingredients from previous brews. It should be nice and malty, with a nice Cascade tang.

3.6kg Pale Malt
.23kg Special Roast
.23kg 15L Crystal
.07kg Special B
42g Cascade 5.4 AA% @ 60 min.
14g Cascade steep
Safale-05

O.G 1.040 F.G. 1.008

I would like to try this same recipe with English hops. I have high hopes for S-05 mashed a little higher, with a good malty base. I'd like it to become my house strain. Who's taking perfectly good ale and letting it become infected?? Sounds like they need a beating!
