heres one for ya then.

tasted one of me wherrys that i bottled a few weeks ago.

dont add the 250g of muscovado sugar, its much better without.

nah, just do as ditch says....... brew it like they tell you, and then if you think you can improve it.....have a tinker.

else leave good enough alone.
