I must say, it tastes very, very good. Very smooth caramel/toffee taste to it, and I'm sure with a bit more carbonation it'll be a stormer of a pint. Mine isn't as crisp as I'd expect either, but like you said, it's not started it's cold lagering process yet so there's time for that to develop. Quite strong too, which is never a bad thing in my book!

I think I'm going to crack one open next Monday and the Monday after that, as that'll be it at the 21 day stage, and just see how it develops over that time. Hopefully it'll become more carbonated and then I can get it in the loft to lager in these perfect conditions (-6 in my street this morning, which will mean my loft will be slightly above freezing!).
