Funny you say that, as last night that is exactly what I did! It's not as fizzy as I'd like it to be, although it did retain what head it had. It tasted excellent, and like yours, was a little cloudy. I'd popped it in the fridge on Monday night so it could have been chill haze or somthing. I thought it smelled a bit yeasty when I first opened it, but the wife disagreed and said it tasted fine.

I must say, it tastes very, very good. Very smooth caramel/toffee taste to it, and I'm sure with a bit more carbonation it'll be a stormer of a pint. Mine isn't as crisp as I'd expect either, but like you said, it's not started it's cold lagering process yet so there's time for that to develop. Quite strong too, which is never a bad thing in my book! :D

I think I'm going to crack one open next Monday and the Monday after that, as that'll be it at the 21 day stage, and just see how it develops over that time. Hopefully it'll become more carbonated and then I can get it in the loft to lager in these perfect conditions (-6 in my street this morning, which will mean my loft will be slightly above freezing!).

Good work. Didn't think mine tasted that strong when i tried it, but then i had been drinking star before so hard to tell!
Yeah im gonna test in another week or 2..... or as long as I can wait without being curious.

Had a frosty morning the other day and am worried about them being in the garage, if it touches freezing will it completely knacker the brew?
