Is that a red beer BOD???? I've been wondering how red beer is made since I had some in Val D'isere last year.

its red ish.... i used some choc malt in it but i had to grind it up in a blender so it was just turned to powder. the result ended up with a deep red coloured beer, hence, big red was born... :lol:

the use of amber malt and choc malt tends give red beers from what i understand.
