Hydrometer has sunk.

I just dropped my freshly sterilized hydrometer into my FV of Coopers Dark, and it dissapeared below the surface and hasnt come up again

Have I brewed the dryest beer ever..?


Or do you think its just stuck in the yeast bed..

Thats not good, let us know the fg out of intrest, you may need a spirit hydrometer

It came back up for air after I used the scientific method of "punching" the FV.

Unfortunately it almost poked me in the eye, as it is now floating at the 1020 mark, after 10 days I was hoping for lower.

I hope its not a stuckie, will check again tomorrow..

just checked it this morning and no change.

When I made it, I had a half bag of spraymalt left over from another experiment so I added 1.25 kg of dark sp in total.
So it started at 1052, a bit high I know but i still thought it would go lower than 1020.
