Sundays brew already to go - a brew buddy session with TC from LAB.
I've at last worked out the digital timer control.
So the HLT is ready - 80 lt of liqour with 70ml crs.
Timer set for 5:30 to heat up so i can have an extra bit of zzzzz........

Thanks guys. No major incidents to report.
Probably the worst one was T's planned train back to Euston was cancelled.
At least he had a couple of tasters to keep him company together with ample consumption of Dunkelweizen and 1850 porter

Hot break crud trapped by the filter bag.

Probably the worst one was T's planned train back to Euston was cancelled.

At least he had a couple of tasters to keep him company together with ample consumption of Dunkelweizen and 1850 porter

Didn't need it last year either.
I have a maxi 110 cooler waiting for action now , just need to make up the cooling rod thing
as invented by Rab and copied by many.
