progress hops recipe

Can anyone suggest a recipe using only progress hops + 3kg MO as i have a pack to use up, a light ale around 3.6-4.0abv

Here's one I knocked up for ya -

3kg Marris Otter
250g Crystal (60l)
250g Torrified Wheat
250g Sugar
1 whirlfloc tablet

60g Progress (est 6.25aa) for 60 min boil
20g Progress (est 6.25aa) for 10 min boil
20g Progress aroma hop steep

Original Gravity - 1039, IBU's - 42, Est colour - 13 (light golden pale ale)

Use whatever yeast you like, s04 or us05 are decent yeasts.

I'm assuming your making 5 uk gallons (23.5 litres) and have the other ingredients listed.
