Milestone Kits !

Post by Denis of Stoke » Tue Jun 16, 2009 10:11 pm

I've done two of their kits now (Lions Pride & IPA) and found both to be under carbonated and slightly sweet in the bottle. I follow the same procedure as I do with other kits i.e. Brupacks and Woodfordes and have had much better results these kits, when I say better I mean really good pints.

I just wondered if anyone else has had the same problems or whether it,s just me.

Happy drinking

Heya,

Ive done two of the milestone kits, the crusader and the black pearl stout. I'm still waiting for the stout to mature but the crusader is magic stuff.
Im afraid I can't offer much insight into your issues other than maybe leave the beer to mature longer so that the taste could improve. :?
or maybe when bottling add more glucose?
No doubt someone on this blog has the correct answer...
as i don't think ive been much help :(
good luck
