Mine took about 12 days to ferment out at about 18deg.

I used BKE which could have been the reason for the lack of taste - will use all malt next time.

It seemed to have more flavour initially and its tailed off as its matured....

I don't think its ever too late as if you have a stuck fermentation then the advise is to rouse and add a bit of yeast vit. Worth a go but only a little, maybe a teaspoon or something.
