Surface mail on four kegs is $88.50 so even shipped it works out at less than £20 a keg if you buy 4. Not bad.

I've never had anything lost by them and I've used them quite a bit.

I noticed the other day that the Royal Mail's tracking service is inspired - you can only 'track' your parcel once it's been delivered. Which is useful as you already know where it is then. It's at your house :roll:

Had 2 Corny taps posted from California to Florida when I was there 3 weeks ago. Only took a couple of days, no probs. I know that's not International postage though.

Never had any probs posting stuff to & from family in the States either from the UK.

Maybe I've just been lucky.

Nah, homebrew's no fun if you're not brewing it your self.

It would be full of SS converted 11 gallon kegs and 10 billion BTU burners!

I just got back from Switzerland and they still use them for post-mix there.
I guess there are so many available cheap around US & UK because the industry swapped to bag in box?
