Wheat Beer Recipes

I'm thinking about a wheat beer and was after a tried and tested recipe. I'm open to any suggestions you all may have.

I'll be buying a wheat type yeast so any suggestions on yeast also welcome

Easy one: 2kg pils malt. 2kg wheat. Mash 65-66C for 60min. 20g of saaz or lubelski for 60 min boil. Yeast wyeast 3068. Fermentation in 18-20 C. Prime with 150g glucose per 20 liters. Mature for 4 weeks. Beer is the best young.
