Looking at this being my next brew:
Doggers Bonnet 21L
5250g MO
150g Crystal Malt 60L
150g Chocolate Malt
20g Admiral - 60 mins
20g Liberty - 15 mins
10g Liberty @ flameout
Yeast - see below
ABV 5%, Colour 26.7, Bitterness 39.1
Now for the yeast I have a couple of options. I have a brew about to finish on a cake of Brewlab Yorkshire 2, or I can make a starter of Brewlab Thames Valley 2. What should I expect from the 2 yeast options? Cheers.
