The only problem now is Paul, you dont get to try your beers when you pick your supplies up :D
But the place looks great, was impressed with the grain mountain :D

cheers paul excellent service not easy getting supplies up here in inverness but you seem to have no problem (others charge an arm and a leg for delivery the highlands seem to be classafided as a separate country ) will be recommending you to my friends.

Just noting some additions to the BB website :)

Roasted Wheat malt - is this like Chocolate Wheat Malt or more like Roasted barley?
Imperial Malt - This sounds interesting, what does it compare to closest?
Golden Naked Oats - is this just Oat malt?
Aromatic Malt - Good stuff :)

and Williamette hops :) You just need to get some Nelson Sauvin's, hope you liked that beer I gave you as it was Nelson hopped. :)

I started a Nelson Sauvin poll on the feedback forum on BB :D

I have pretty much moved over to BB for most of my stuff, the hops are second to none.

OK so I take it the 2 of you like NS hops....I have done 2 brews with this hop...The first went down the drain...though sadly not before I persevered with it for a week :-& and the second I managed to add to a EKG brew to make it palatable...

Please post your recipes....I will try once more before I consign my remaining NS hops to the composter.

Maybe you just don't like 'em!! Its the interesting bitterness that I like about them, leaves you with a dry roof of the mouth in the after-taste :)

I love the bitterness from NS too - definately an unusual flavour.

Anybody tried the imperial malt yet? or know anything about it?
