What to do with Admiral?

Post by mdex » Tue Apr 13, 2010 8:16 pm

Just taken stock of all my hops and found 200g of Admiral I haven't touched yet!

I also have 100g of EKG that i've had for a while.

Can anyone suggest any recipes for these 2? I'm more of a mild/pale/lager drinker but don't mind something a bit darker every now and again.

Cheers

You could use Admiral as the bittering hop for pretty much any English ale or stout IMO.

Admiral as bittering and EKG as flavour/aroma would be great for a mild or bitter.
