Absolutely! It's what I love about Adnams, which has a sort of herbal aroma to it. I think a lot of it comes from dry-hopping. Did you consider dry-minting?

Dry-minting ... hmmm, no, I don't think dried mint would give the right flavour, and I'm not keen on the idea of putting insanitary fresh mint into fermented beer.

If this is the same mint pale ale that you brought to the Market Gallery Pub, then its damn tasty! Could really go some more of that. Tastes very minty, like chewing mint leaves - with beer.

Going to chine in a bit on the late side. Many years back 'AleCost' Tanacetum balsamita was used rather than hops. It's a relation to mint. Here a link :
