Guys, some strange replies on here i have to say. I'm certainly not after 'new recipes' i think i can manage that on my own by now thanks!
4 bottles so the pannel of assembled experts can judge them, or corny keg if you don't bottle.
Anything left will be very safe and secure in our locked cellar.
Enter any beer style you like including porter, bitter or IPA, but it meust be able to be recreated by the winners on a large scale.
This is for a bit of fun and for home brewers to experience what it's like to have a beer you made on sale commercially.
It's a great chance to meet brewers, landlords, beer wholesalers and beer writers to get feedback on your beer.
The winners will get the kudos of brewing a full scale brew and seeing it in bars far and wide.

Sounds great...

Starting to make me feel nostalgic for 'home'... Its interesting that the Harley and the Fat Cat are within staggering distance of each other...

Taxi to Netheredge please!

:D

Good luck to all those who enter!

Cheers

The Harlequin really is a great pub. And like Manx Guy says, it's also close to Fat Cat, and also the brilliant Kelham Island Tavern.

I had a little crawl round there before an away game last Decemeber, will definitely be back to the Harlequin next season!
