Now I'm looking at half-opened packets of Amarillo, Centannial, Hersbrucker, Target, Progress and Northdown.
So I was thinking along the lines of:

60mins Nothdown 11g
30mins Amarillo 11g
10mins Centennal 11g
To give 38 EBUs
