I had quite a few pints of this at the Bent and Bongs beer fest a few months ago as such i posted a pm to SCBC and got a very favourable response from thier brewer Gazza favourable to the extreem to be honest i have adjusted his recipe his / their to suit my brew length :)
So Sundays brew will be 17Litres
Fermentables
Pale Malt 3000g
Wheat Malt 500g

90 min mash at 66@
Hop schedule
Green Bullet 20g 60 mins
Pacific Jade 19g 60 mins
Pacific Jade 8g 30 mins
Nelson Sauvin 9g 2 mins
Nelson Sauvin 18g 1 min
Pacific Jade 18g 1 min
Using US05 Yeast
This should give me 91 IBU and EBC 7, OG 1047 FG 1011 giving ABV 4.6 % or thereabouts dry hopping with NS in Fv :D

Am I reading this right; 91 IBU's? That seems incredibly bitter, unless I'm missing something, which is eminently possible!
