Just starting a brew, a stout:

4kg pale malt
500g choc malt
250g black malt
50g fuggles
50g northdown

and its got an accidental name (due to my iphone helping to spell northdown) Morticians Stout, hopefully it'll knock ya dead

Just sparging now, had a bit of a stuck sparge, gave it a stir (hey its a stout, whats the worst that can happen? :S)
