Im looking to move from beer kits to AG and need to expand my knowledge, the internet is very useful but hard copies are too. I'm sure there are countless of books on brewing but could you please share which books you guys have found that are real gems be they recipe books or anything to do with brewing in general.

(I wasn't sure where to put this so feel free to move if needed)

Just a bit of YouTube that helped me when I was starting out, these made it look as easy as it really is.

The 'Brew Your Own British Real Ale' book by Graham Wheeler is a good one which doesn't clutter you with information you don't need.

Graham Wheelers Brew your own British real ale although mainly a recipe book also explains the process very well. His more comprehensive one, home brewing has a new edition coming out soon.
