I bought some tesco bottled water that has the full amounts, per litre, on the back, all elements listed, ca, s04, etc .....
I put it into beersmith and added a few gypsum, cacium chloride and baking soda additions and came out with this:
Ca 154
Mg 2.5
Na 44
So4 156
Cl 158
Hc03 118
How am I lookin g with these figures? Am i too strong or weak on any elements?

Water profile for an amber ale
(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!
