Butcombe Blonde

Post by haz66 » Sat Nov 29, 2008 9:42 pm

I was just looking on their website http://www.butcombe.com/acatalog/Butcombe_Blond.htmlas i wouldn`t mind brewing a clone of this, their desciption of ingredients are.

Light malt (usually called Lager Malt)
Slovenian Styrian Hops and Saaz Hops.

Ok so now the question is how much of what do you think would make a decent beer.
Would this be ok

3kg Lager Malt
50g Saaz Hops (A.A 3%)
40g Styrian Goldings (A.A 4.5%)

All hps in for 90 mins.

Their ABV is 4.3%
