Copper kettle, I get from them as I can get a sack of Grain delivered for the same price as 5+ so always stock up on the heavy stuff.

Have to post and say the ( VEN-SMIFF ) is
1: a great base for a single hop, I know beers with wheat are not supposed to have a lot of hop but this was a chewy and flavoursome mix
2:easy drinking
3:refreshing
4:showed the yeast (I liked the WB06 over the Munich)
5:A beer to brew again soon, the only problem is with what hop, might go with an Amarillo.

What are Stella like then? They're on my list of hops to try.

Stella, well the beer has gone, all 80 pints of it, only a few bottles tucked away.

Describing it that might be hard but It has a Spice note to it but clean fresh full mouth flavour that does not last and is not harsh, what I mean its not in one part of the tongue that you can't say its in the middle to the back of your tongue its all over which is nice and makes you go back for a second mouthfull.

I would love to make a IPA with this and the bonus is the High AA and aroma options.

I did a wheat and used it as a dry hop I posted this:

1st Cornie of this is now Gone and the 2nd has a small amount of dry hop in the form of "Stella" and this brew is what i would call "Chewy" and very very "moreish" ,Stella is a very nice hop

But also said it was fruity

I would put the hop in my top 10 hops

should have gone to hop description class :( sorry

Its a nice hop that would work well in a Light beer, there you go

just opened a bottle of the WB06 version and well, Ill make it again with a lower mash temp , not to raise its % but mouth feel could do with slimming down a bit.

V pleased with the results as it was a brew with most of what i want from a beer hence the name, as in diagram.

NB: I added the yeast swill
