Festive Beer

Santa’s Blotto

We I decided to make a festive beer this year and called it Santa’s Blotto. It’s a dark porter during the boil I added some cinnamon sticks and orange zest to give it a festive kick. As it had been in the corny 6 weeks this weekend I thought it was time for a taste. It’s a lovely beer but the taste of the cinnamon is a little over powering. Would it be to late to dry hop to try and help tone down the beer? I never dried hopped before so would love some advice please.

Thanks In Advance

I don't think dry hopping is going to make much difference to the cinnamon taste.

You could blend it with a non-spiced beer.
