Diabolo - 6 months on..
Re: Diabolo - 6 months on..
Looks a nice pint. I have come across a couple of these Brewferm kits so its nice to hear that they turn out good.
I have exactly the same trouble with brews, the last one is always the best.

Brewferm stuff always rewards the patient man I've got a batch of Tripel in the conditioning shed and im trying hard to leave it for at least another 3 months before I try any (making it 16 weeks in the bottle) - its hard !
The xmas ale sitting in my 10l Vessel right now wont be touched until 24/12/12 once I bottle later this week !

The last bottle, the best one, the one savoured in a way like no other, the one that makes you wonder if they would all taste this good and hit the spot just so if you had left them all 'till today.

Here's my Diabolo...

Well, it would be if BBCode was on...
Anyway, mine is now 14 months old and I have one 330ml bottle left.
I also have Brewferm Framboos (bottled December), Adbij (January) and Christmas (from February). I've give the Framboos a couple of tastes and it's really improving.
The Diabolo is a great beer.

I've got 1 x 330ml bottle left too, and its just made it to its 1st birthday!
It certainly won't make it to its 2nd one.
I think that Diablo is probably the tastiest beer in the range, closely followed by the Old Bruin
